Student Scholarship

Each year AWC Topeka Chapter bestows an academic scholarship to a Washburn University student who is majoring in a communications field. In early 2008 the scholarship application will be available on-line. Applications are due by March 31 of each year. Visit our About Us/Yearly Reviews to learn about past scholarship winners.

Fundraising:

Press The Press— This reverse press conference has been moderated by Diana Carlin of the University of Kansas.
A Media Seminar— Organized for Non-Profit organizations to better utilize the publicity contacts available to them. Our seminar included a media reference handbook with sponsor advertising opportunities.
